Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

Telos Corporation announces that on October 5, 2005, Mr. Bruce J. Stewart became a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Stewart presently serves as a Vice President at Yahoo! Inc., focusing on strategic and business development activities for the Yahoo Connected Life group. Previously, Mr. Stewart was a Senior Vice President with America Online (AOL) where he was most recently responsible for strategic and business development activities with AOL’s Access Group. Mr. Stewart holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University Law School.
